Job Summary:
The HR Shared Services Manager will oversee the shared services team and manage Benefits Administration, HR Information Systems, HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plans, Employee Handbook, Leave of Absences, Employee Safety, Job Accommodations, Workers’ Compensation and Return to Work programs. Provides HR expertise on HR Data and Metrics, Compensation, Policies and HR projects. The HR Shared Services Manager is a key driver of HR process improvements and must possess the ability to effectively lead and manage improvement projects to streamline processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.

Location: Escondido - Onsite.
Work Hours: 4 ten hour shifts (Slightly flexible start time)
Travel: Minimal
