Has primary responsibility for management of the practicum program as part of The Elizabeth Hospice Bereavement Program. Conducts group and individual supervision for MFT, MSW, PCC trainees, and associates in the Grief Counseling Center. Collaborates with bereavement staff/leaders and other departments to meet strategic goals. Ensures trainees and associates adequately meet the needs of grieving clients, those with serious illness, anticipated losses, relevant to all ages of clients, etc. Provides supervisory role for staff counselors.
